Our Founders

Jessica Lauren Richmond

is a writer, producer, director and educator with 12 years experience in theater, independent production and experiential events. As a consultant she has worked in the gaming, non-for-profit, and healthcare sectors; as a volunteer she has worked with LEIA (league of experiential and immersive artists), the Humane Society and the Shadows Foundation. Graduate of Boston University's College of Fine Arts and London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, the theater has always been Jessica’s home. She is a key collaborator at Believe Limited and works with a variety of writers in Los Angeles, specializing in adapting true stories for the screen and stage. 

Meredith Claire Barko

is an Atlanta-based theatre-maker, teaching artist and sound healer with over a decade of experience in devised theater, performance art, voice, and community-based arts programming. Originally from Los Angeles, Meredith spent seven years in New York City developing and performing original work with venues including La MaMa E.T.C., The Flea, and The Kitchen. Alongside her creative practice, Meredith has facilitated arts-based and healing-centered programming through schools, nonprofit organizations, and community spaces. She was Song and Sound Healing Advisor at La Maida Institute in North Hollywood for 4 years, where she developed a training program in sound-based practices. A graduate of Emerson College with a B.A. in Theatre Studies, Meredith’s work focuses on collaboration, musicality, and live performance as a space for connection and transformation.

RESIDENT CINEMOTOGRAPHER

Selena Moshell is a filmmaker who has created commercials, music videos, short films, and a feature length documentary for Disney Theatricals. Her film craft is firmly grounded in her background as a professional dancer and photographer, which is apparent with her use of musicality, light and movement in her films. She was previously a dancer in the national tour of the Lion King for over eight years, and draws from her years of physical storytelling to convey narrative in a compelling, visually rhythmic language in her films. selenamoshell.com

HUMAN DESIGN COACH

Ashley Ashida Dixon is a Compassionate Leadership Advisor, Human Design Analyst, speaker, and artist with over 20 years of experience as an entertainment professional. She has toured the world with Katy Perry and The Backstreet Boys, taken the stage for stand-up, improv, and traditional theater, and is now a prolific content creator. Ashley, the "Performance Pro", uses her skills as a performing artist to engage with and curate large community followings on multiple live-streaming platforms. As a speaker, Ashley uses her knowledge of Human Design to inspire and educate creatives of all types. Throughout her work, Ashley champions cultivating diversity, creating social impact, and celebrating individuality.
